“With a Diploma in Eye Health Management from LVPEI and an MBA, I bring over 18 years of hands-on leadership across institutions such as LVPEI, Vasan Eye Care, and Maxivision. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed one truth: the difference between a good hospital and a great hospital lies in the strength of its processes and the alignment of its people.
My work has consistently focused on building operational strength—

- Reducing waiting times,
- Improving inter-department coordination,
- and creating systems that help staff deliver predictable, consistent care every day.
My leadership philosophy is simple: identify barriers, remove them, and build an environment where staff feel supported and patients feel cared for.
